Some of the information advertised on Waste Recruiters, such as Classified Ads, is entered by third parties,.  For that reason Waste Recruiters is not responsible for the accuracy of any information displayed.  You are responsible for verifying information regarding any and all claims made by employers and job seekers. 

Acceptable Content Policy:
The purpose of this web site is to provide service to candidates and companies in the waste recruiting industry.  All content must be G rated.  Ads may not contain vulgarity, illegal content, or references to sex, hate or violence of any nature.  Waste Recruiters reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted.  Waste Recruiters reserves the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

This web site may include links to sites operated by third parties.  These sites are included for reference only.  Waste Recruiters reserves the right to remove links or disallow links at our discretion.  Waste Recruiters does not participate in or will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail (SPAM).  Waste Recruiters is the sole judge in what constitutes SPAM.  By submitting photographs to Waste Recruiters, candidates and clients agree to indemnity and hold harmless Waste Recruiters from claims of copyright infringement.

Membership Policies:
Waste Recruiters reserves the right to reject or edit any information submitted at our sole discretion.  Once information has been submitted and posted, it becomes the property of Waste Recruiters and may not be reproduced without the written permission of Waste Recruiters.

Waste Recruiters makes every attempt to minimize downtime.  Waste Recruiters cannot guarantee availability 100% of the time and cannot be held liable for service outages, negligence, or acts of God.

Cancellation Policies:
No refunds will be given for unused service in the event of cancellation.
