Thanks to many of you - we have built a large network of waste professionals. We paid out several thousands of dollars last year and look forward to increasing that amount in 2005. We are looking to grow our business thru our Affiliate program and we are looking for a few more good men and women..

Do you know of someone that would be a perfect fit for any of the jobs we have on the site? Can you think of someone that is unhappy or in between jobs that has experience in the waste or equipment industry? Do you know of any companies in the waste or equipment industry looking to hire employees?

How the program works

We have setup an Affiliate referral network that will pay you up to $1000 for each candidate or job that you refer to us and we successfully fill the open position. The referral fee is based on the amount of the placement fee that we are paid for placing the candidate. Referral fees range from $100 to $1000 and will be paid within of 10 days of Waste Recruiters receiving payment for the placement. Each new job that is added to our Hot Jobs section of the website will be sent to each of our Affiliates via email so that they can assist us in filling the position. Each candidate that you send to us that we do not already have in our database will be tagged as being submitted by you. Even if the candidate that you submitted is not placed in this job and we place them in the future, you will still be compensated accordingly. If you provide us a lead for a company looking to hire and that results in a Hot Job, you will be paid a 10% finders fee based on the amount that we receive from the successful placement.
